we are delighted to welcome you to Campingplace North West – a small, familiy-run campsite surrounded by greenery and yet close to the heart of Munich.<\/p>\n

Whether you are travelling with a motorhome, caravan or tent, we offer a practical and peaceful place to stay during your visit to Bavarian capital. Our campsite is ideal or an overnight stop, a city trip, a visit to Oktoberfest or as a starting point for excursions in and arround Munich.<\/p>\n

Our campsite is open all year around – 365 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Campsite in Munich, close to nature, close to the city and uncomplicated<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our touring pitches for caravans and motorhomes are located on gravel or asphalt surfaces and are clearly marked. For tents, a meadow area is available during the tent season from 15 April to 15 October. Vehicles are not permitted on the meadow.<\/p>\n

\"Campsite<\/p>\n

As we are a small transit and stopover campsite, caravans and motorhomes may be parked fairly close together. Our pitches are therefore compact and clearly allocated. If you are travelling with an awning, please make sure the mention this when making your enquiry. This allows us to assign you a larger pitch whenever possible.<\/p>\n

Facilities and services<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our centrally locates sanitary facilities are cleaned daily and are available for you to use.<\/p>\n

During your stay, we offer:<\/p>\n

  • cooking and washing-up facilites<\/li>\n
  • Wash machines and dryer<\/li>\n
  • Shower facilities<\/li>\n
  • Disposal point for chemcial toilet and wastewater<\/li>\n
  • LPG Gas, subject to availability and according to the price list<\/li>\n
  • Tokens for cooking, washing, drying and showering available during the openig hours in the reseption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Campingstub’n and bread roll service<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Our cosy Campingstub’n invites you to relax in the evening. Enjoy a cold beer, something to eat and a pleasant end to the day.<\/p>\n

    Opening hours of the Campingstub’n<\/p>\n

    • Summer: Monday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m.<\/li>\n
    • Winter: Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m.<\/li>\n
    • Closes on Sundays and public holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Fresh bread rolls are available by pre-order at the reception. During the Oktoberfest, we also offer a generous breakfast from 8:00 a.m. on request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      \"CampsiteGood connections to Munich<\/strong><\/p>\n

      There ist a bus stop directly at the campsite. From there, you can easily reach the nearest underground or suburban train and travel quickly into Munich city centre.<\/p>\n

      Tickets are available from the ticket machine on the bus or via “MVG Fahrinfo M\u00fcnchen” app.<\/p>\n

      The nearest shopping facilities are approximately 6 minutes away by bus, about 2 km from the campsite.<\/p>\n

      Leisure, exkursions and sights<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Our campsite is a convenient starting point for many excursions in and around Munich. In summer, several nearby lakes invite you to relax and enjoy the water. They are located approximately 1 to 3 km away.<\/p>\n

      Cyclist will also enjoy the wee-developed network of cycle path, which offers lovely opportunities to explore Munich and the surrounding area by bike.<\/p>\n

      Within easy reach you will find, among others:<\/p>\n

      • Olympic Park, Olympic Tower and Olympic Stadium, approx. 6 km<\/li>\n
      • BMW Museum, approx. 6 km<\/li>\n
      • Nymphenburg Palace, approx. 4 km<\/li>\n
      • Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site, approx. 9 km<\/li>\n
      • Olympic Rowing Regatta Course with training centre, approx. 10 km<\/li>\n
      • Schleissheim and Dachau Palace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Many destinations can be reached easily by bus, undergound, suburban train, bicycle or car.<\/p>\n

        Dogs and pets welcome<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Your beloves pets are also warmly welcome at our campsite. Dogs and cats may of course accompany you. Please note that dogs and cats must be kept on a leash throughout the entie campsite.<\/p>\n
